At DressifyShoes.com, all products are custom-made to your order specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or colour differences.
Return Eligibility
We only replace or refund items if:
- The product is defective,
- Arrives damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
If this happens, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at support@dressifyshoes.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item showing the issue
Our team will review the claim, and if approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised items
- Products ordered in the wrong size or colour
- Used or washed items
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as production begins shortly thereafter.
